Full payment to be made to secure your booking. We will send the invoice and payment instructions upon receiving your confirmation.
Prices are nett in SGD and is non-refundable in any circumstances of cancellation.

Please ensure all attendees are well informed on all details of the video shoot with information well distributed to them. We will only be communicating with the hirer via email/whatsapp prior to the production day.
Please be punctual and arrive on time for your production. As we require silence on set, there will be no waiting in our studio. Please only come 5-10 minutes prior to your designated timing.
If you are bringing your child, please consider their routine and avoid timings that coincide with your baby/toddler's nap and/or meal times. Additionally, kindly ensure your baby/toddler is well-fed, napped, and dressed in fresh diapers.
For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the studio.

While there are no strict rules on attire, we strongly encourage all participants to dress in similar colors to enhance the overall aesthetic of the shoot. Please let us know your attire details prior to the shoot so we can advise and provide a suitable color backdrop to complement your outfits.
Additionally, hair and makeup services are not offered on-site at our studio. To achieve your desired look, we recommend engaging a professional stylist to assist with hair and makeup before arriving for the shoot.

Hirers are allowed to reschedule their video shoot up to 3 days prior to their booking.
In the event a rescheduling is required within 3 days prior to the photoshoot, please contact us via Whatsapp to request for rescheduling. There will be an administration fee of $100 for rescheduling within 72 hours for the missed opportunity on the original intended booking slot.
Postponement of the new date will be subject to studio’s availability.

There will be one producer and one studio manager assigned to your session.
The studio does not provide any in-house hair and makeup artist.

We take client privacy and confidentiality seriously. All stories shared with us are kept strictly private. Any materials used for promotional purposes, including social media, our website, or other publicity platforms, will only be shared with explicit permission from our clients.
Clients retain full ownership of their video and photo content upon full payment of the package.

We are sorry to hear about this. We have experienced losing our loved ones to illness too. We wish we had such a service then to capture their life stories. We understand the financial burden when a loved one is ill, and also the urgency to capture their stories at the same time. Please let us know about the terminal illness diagnosis, and we hope to help your family with a 15% discount off the price of a single session. This 15% discount is not applicable for the full day bundle and bespoke service.

We hope that all family interviews can be done by a family member. It makes the project more intimate, relevant and unexpected questions can come out in the process. Our Producers are on hand during the preproduction to help you design and frame your interview questions. He or she will also be present on the production day to help you strengthen your interview with supplementary questions. However, we understand that not everyone may be comfortable doing it, and therefore we are also making it possible for clients to appoint us to do the interview on behalf.
